Cancellation/ Account / Billing Issue

I cancelled my sky subscription around 3 months ago and am now being told I owe £60 for a late payment fees? which keeps on going up even though I returned the equipment they asked for months ago?

 

I can't get in touch with anyone at sky as my account has been restricted and the robot is useless, I have emailed and am awaiting a phone call back which was over a week ago? 

Just want to know what I'm being charged for as it was all cancelled 🤷🏻‍♂️

If your service is restricted it looks like you didn't cancel properly.

 

Which service do you think you cancelled?
How did you try to cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging cancellation? 

By the way Sky don't use email as a means of contacting them so that explains no reply.
