I cancelled my sky subscription around 3 months ago and am now being told I owe £60 for a late payment fees? which keeps on going up even though I returned the equipment they asked for months ago?
I can't get in touch with anyone at sky as my account has been restricted and the robot is useless, I have emailed and am awaiting a phone call back which was over a week ago?
Just want to know what I'm being charged for as it was all cancelled 🤷🏻♂️

How did you try to cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging cancellation?
By the way Sky don't use email as a means of contacting them so that explains no reply.
