Cancellatin fee
My broadband has been slower than promised for weeks i got a e-mail saying i can cancel my broadband or upgrade with no cancelation fees or extra on my bill so i upgraded an have been charge £23 to cancel and £4 for upgrade! Iv tryed to talk to a human but no luck

Have you checked future bills to see if they show the amount as being credited back to your account.
