Canceling Subscription

Hi,

I sent a letter to you to cancel my subscription because phoning is a waste of time and money. You contacted me straight away, which was great, but I want to congratulate you on somehow leaving a voicemail without ringing my mobile phone. My phone has a full signal,  it was next to me, but no phone call was recorded as missed. The person leaving the message sounded if she was in a different room to her phone, but I could just about make out the message, which was, "We got your letter wanting to cancel your sky subscription , sorry you missed the call, ( Yea, right), but we do need to speak to you to cancel...could you ring me back!!!!!!

So, well done Sky Ireland on making it impossiable to cancel your service, drinks all round

You're telling other customers here - this isn't a way to communicate with Sky.

 

I believe you will need to call to cancel.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
