Hi, my sky sim contact 0 pound per month , now sky charging 2 pound , I dont want that . Please refund that amount already took it , I only pay the phone amount

You are only talking to other customers here so if you no longer want to use the sim and therefore pay the £2 monthly fee you will need to call Sky on 150 and ask them to cancel it for you. Once they have the number will be gone for good.

Even 'free' plans are subject to price increases.  You can give notice to cancel it but I doubt you'll get a refund.
