Cancel tv

Hi I'd like to reduce my sky tv package. I'd like it so I just have the free channels.

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

Unfortunately 'free-to-air channels' aren't free through Sky: there's still a subscription fee to have the Sky-branded box.

To be actually free you'd need a Freesat receiver (or an old Sky+ HD box) on a compatible dish, or a Freeview receiver on an aerial, or Freely running off broadband
