Cancel subscription to TNT

I have asked to cancel TNT subscription which still has not. Been activated . Please advise why ?

@Morna5237  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as TNT has nothing to do with Sky Go.

 

You also won't get a response from Sky as to why your TN T subscriptions hasn;'t been actioned via the community as no one at SKy would know who you are from a ciommunity login..

 

Normally you have to Give 31 days notice to cancel any subs, have 31 days elapsed?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
