Cancel sky

I have signed up to Sky as moved home yesterday,  BT guy has came to house to explain they will have to dig up street and garden,  I do not want to go ahead.  Can you confirm my cancellation of installation and direct debit please

No. We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

Youll need to contact Sky to cancel the process.
