Re: Cancel sky
Bills don't go up every month.
Unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices increase due to either the annual price increase (April in the UK), your discounts have ended, or a combination of the two.
Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price.
Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.
If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract. Recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so expecting anything close to a new customer deal is unrealistic.
🔹
If you really want to cancel your TV subscription fully, then if you’re out of contract you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. (If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term).
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.
If you successfully cancel you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky.
If you are cancelling Sky Q, return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period. It’s important that you obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.

Re: Cancel sky
Compare your latest bill with a previous bill to see what changes may have occurred. We obviously can't see your bills but they only rise for the reasons in my first reply.
