Cancel cca agreement

I have made 15 phone calls and spoke to 3 managers over the past 6 weeks about being charged for a MacBook which I returned on the 18/2/25 and sky returns received on the 20/2/25 and every advisor and manager has assured me it will be removed within the next 48 hours but it hasn't and still shows I owe £920.00 on my account

Hi

thanks for your response,have made 3 formal complaints re this and sky investigation team phoned me 2 weeks ago and told me they would look into matter and call me back but they never did
