How do I cancel all sky packages

You would need to call Sky and give thyem the required notice of 31 days for Sky TV and 14 days for Broadband and Talk so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

For tv you have to give 31 days notice but if you are in a contract  with discounts  then you will not be able  to  cancel,  broadband  is i believe 14 days notice  again if you have discounts or you have just got a 24 month  contract  on the tv and broadband  you may not be able to  cancel, you will  have to ring sky about this and talk to an advisor
