You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Contact Sky giving the usual 31 days notice if you pay Sky directly for it.

@IzuchukwuAndrew you should be able to remove any Netflix upgrades through Sky via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
