Can't return items that are already returned????

I have already returned the sky equipment, and now i have received a request to send more sky equipment.

The returns instructions are not clear as to what equipment you are expecting and the threats of further charges cause customers to panic and just send everything they have.

Your customer service lines are of little help as its not possible for me to contact the right people.  Please can you arrange for a suitable person to call me.

@Andy557  When did you return the items, did you keep proof of postage?

PS Please be aware this isn a customer helps customer community not Sky customer services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Andy557
You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

No one from Sky will contact you as a result of posting on here. Any Sky account/s you may have are not linked to your Community Forum username so no one knows who you are. You need to instigate contact if the fellow customers here can't help with whatever query you may have.

Returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are apparently taking quite a number of weeks to process them at their warehouse.

And it's further confused because Sky no longer necessarily requires some items to be returned which they used to insist on.

Roughly speaking, Max Hubs and Max booster pods are always returnable, as are Gigafast+ Hubs

Sky Broadband Hubs and Sky Broadband boosters may be.

Q Hubs and boosters aren't (probably) : the Q Hub is obsolete.

Stream pucks acquired after February 2023 are always returnable.

The first generation of main Q television boxes (2016) probably aren't because they don't do HDR

Later main Q boxes and Q Minis may or may not be: the Q television platform is approaching end-of-life and apparently the vast majority of new Sky customers opt for Glass/Stream
