Can’t pay bill
When I click onto my bill it's saying I have to pay a large amount but I simply can't what can I do

Are your payments more than 56 days in arrears?
If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).
If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (Sky Mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.

You'll need to contact Sky directly, either call or chat. Do not make a manual payment online as it may just go on your account for future bills rather than pay off any outstanding amount. Have your services been restricted? If so you may need to pay them completely before speaking to an agent (if still needed).
