Can't log into sky id

Just rejoined Sky after several years away. In that time my old email address is no longer active. In order to set up a Sky id I need my billing info, but they sent it to my old email address that I can't access. Tried entering last 6 digits of bank account and postcode, it doesn't like that either. Can't get hold on phone without waiting hours in a queue. All I want is to access my account details on mysky app, so frustrating.

If you can not set one up using your Sky account number (I presume this is what you mean by billing info) then Sky should have sent you information about your order to whatever email address you provided when placing the order so if you do not have access to this then the only way to find out what your account number is will be by calling Sky or using social media to contact them.

Thanks. Have been trying to get hold of Sky by phone but just left on hold for hours. Tried their social media channels, no help there. Starting to massively regret leaving BT, thought their customer service was poor but this is way worse so far
