I've got a new sky broadband since 14th Jan. I don't have a sky account number even though subscription charges are showing as pending in my bank account. I can't seem to link my sky id. It doesn't recognize my bank account or name. I previously had a sky account so tried that postcode- no luck. This is frustrating. Can anyone help?
Your account number might appear as the reference number on your bank account so do you see this ?
