I can't link my existing SkyID account to view my mobile bills since I upgraded.
I called sky this afternoon and they unlinked my email address as it was secondary and it is now the main email address and they said to try again in a couple of hours.
I've tried to link the skyid for just over 4 weeks and I ensure I put the correct details and it's says every time "whoop there's a technical errors, please try again later"
I just want to be able to view my mobile bill and roll data if I need too and I can't.
Has anyone had this resolved?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
