Can't change address

I have a Sky stream package and have just moved house. I am trying to change my address in my account settings on the website but keep getting a "can't change address at this time" error. 

I have tried different browsers, entering the address manually, entering a different change date.


I have been able to change my "Buy and keep address" though. 

I then try and go through to their messenger service, i haven't been able to get through to anyone for over 48 hours. it seems like it's just stopped working? 

I'm pretty frustrated as i can't get broadband set up in the new house right now. 

I would rather speak to someone or at least be in a queue to speak to someone, but every number i call is a robot that redirects me to the same messenger service where no one talks to me after completing the security questions.

@aamun007  You can't change your address through your Sky account, therefore to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team. This link explains how it works https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147#M1014

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do be aware that the messaging service isn't designed to provide an immediate response from Sky. Just revisit from time to 5ime to see if there's an update. Once invited the message prompt will remain open for a maximum 48 hours.
