Can’t access my account

I can't seem to link my sky iD account to my account for some reason it just says
"Whoops, there's been an error
Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later."
and every else seems restricted I can't view anything at all not my sim, not my account, not my bill, not my contract, nothing at all. I have paid all outstanding bills.
