Can't access bill information online or on app. Error message 'something has gone wrong'

I am trying to check the breakdown of my bill. I constantly get an error message as above whenever I try to access it either online or on the app. Live chat couldn't help either. Any ideas?

You will have to call Sky as it might be your account isn't linked to your ID so they will need to look into this for you.
