Can I talk to a human at Sky?

I'm interested in purchasing Sky without committing to 4 years or similar. And ideally without a dish and without a box or similar. I received a message that my Internet might not be sufficiently fast, but this seems off as 1) it is fast, and 2) we literally never have internet speed issues despite streaming on multiple devices at the same time.

I'm essentially interested in Succession and Premier League, and would prefer to pay for as little as possibly beyond this (for instance already have Netflix).

Hi @TokenS  You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor, it looks like you may need a subscription to the SKY Streaming service?

@TokenS   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks for your help. I talked to an advisor. He started out by suggesting that we would tailor the offering so that I only get what I pay for, and so that what I get is exactly what I need and not a thing more.

That's the joke of the year. The minimum package is 250 channels. A physical box (like in 2007), and a new remote control. Haha. We agreed that I did not necessarily need to get a Sky TV and a Sky House.

 

Sky - come on. Your model is 2007. Just allow customers to download an app. Drop all the antiquated hardware. Drop the "250 channels". Tailor your stuff to customers' needs.

@TokenS  They do offer susch a service called Now TV, that may be more suited to your needs  https://www.nowtv.com/

 

If the TV you have has the Now TV app simple just subscribe
