I find it disgusting that you would charge a pensioner with Parkinson's £0.52 on 3 occasions when I had misplaced my mobile and was using my landline to find it. You can see 3, 5 and 6 seconds on my statement and you charged £1.56 total. How do you sleep at night? Does the cost of living ring any bells?
Will you do the right thing and refund these charges, please?

Charges are automated based on your usage as per the tariff.
Of course, you can call Sky on 150 and see if they will consider goodwill. Perhaps worth registering here: https://skyaccessibility.sky

For clarity calls are rounded up to whole minutes and there's a 25p connection charge. So 25+27=52p

@Bob0508 it's the same with TalkTalk landlines, any call to a mobile results in charges as soon as it rings irrespective of whether it is answered or goes to voicemail.
As this is a customer forum you won't get a refund through having a rant here.
You can call customer services for free on 150 but don't hold your breath, the charges apply to all customers.
