We're only other customers here, you'd have to either use the online website, phone or use the chat to talk to Sky.

@Rags1  You'll need to call Sky to discuss any services you need from them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Rags1 easiest to sign up online via sky.com. All Sky's products are available online with the exception of Sky Q. If you have particular questions feel free to ask here.
