My bill is overdue I was in hospital at weekend I've phoned twice to say I'll clear the amount on 29 it seems to of increased now to

No it's gone up by £ 50  suddenly

You will need to clear the bill in full and if you are more than 2 weeks doing this you will also need to pay the next bill as well. You will also need to set up a payment method on your account like a direct debit before your services will be restored.
