Broadband renewal admin fee
Charged £10 admin fee when renewing my broadband contract.Told not negotiable but as a VIP member I thought I was not liable for admin fees.

Re: Broadband renewal admin fee
Nearly all customers are designated as VIP customers. My son joined Sky TV and Broadband in December and is already a VIP.
Admin fees are normal and it is usually £10 per deal. Unless the fees weren't mentioned in the original call by the agent they are payable I'm afraid. If not mentioned then call Sky and ask them to listen back on the call and the fees should be credited back to you.

All customers have VIP on their accounts so even customers that have just had their services will have it so it counts for nothing when it comes to billing issues such as this.
