Broadband price

I currently pay £49 vs new customers who pay £23 . Why is that ?

@Athoma

New customers are offered good discounts as an incentive to join. Most companies do this now. You probably took advantage of such a new customer deal when you first joined Sky.

If you can't negotiate an acceptable price for renewing then perhaps consider a move to an alternative provider, but in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with them, and will be able to rejoin Sky if you wish and take up any new customer deals available at that time.

@Athoma

If you are not a new customer then the £23 new customer offer doesn't apply to you.

@Athoma if you no longer get discounts and you are out of contract, I'd perhaps suggest getting some quotes from other broadband suppliers and perhaps give Sky a call to see if they can offer something better. If not, I'd look to give notice and move. 👍
