Hello
I would like to opt out from my broadband because is to expensive. I don't understand why new customers get better offers.

Find out moreYou are talking to other Sky customers only here so if you want to cancel then you can do so two ways, either call Sky but doing so will mean you will have no broadband when it is cancelled or sign up with a new provider who will take over the line. If you move to Virgin you will need to cancel first.
You should also note that all other broadband providers are also increasing their prices more than what Sky are.

To get them to switch provider: it's standard practice within this and other business sectors.
