I've just changed my broadband from sky to we they are now asking for final bill with cancellation fee from sky but they want pdf version can't find it can anyone help please

You should be able to download the pdf file via here:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

PDF bills can be downloaded off the website under bills.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
