I paid my broadband bill but I'm still getting charge on my card and I received the email that I didn't paid

Did you make an unnecessary manual payment which may mean that payment has gone towards next months bill?

Did you make a manual payment?

 

If so, this may not stop the automated one as any manual payment is against next month's bill and not the current one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
