I've noticed in my billig area that from my April bill my Broadband prices will increase (as I expected) but I've not yet received written notice of the increase.
Since they've updated nmy future bills in my account am I able to give notice to leave or do I need to wait for the email to officvially tell me the prices are going up?

I might go ahead and order the Full Fibre service instead on the basis that I'll get the email / letter soon.
