Broadband Giftcloud £80 Voucher

Signed up to Fibre Broadband with a link from Sky/Giftcloud offering a voucher for £80 after 120 days. I have not received any voucher and have contacted Giftcloud by email and submitted an online form. I have had not had any help from Giftcloud. Contacted Sky today and after 2 hours explaining everything numerous times still have no assistance. Tried to make a complaint with Sky and had no success. No one wanted to help. It is a real shame as I have no complaints about the broadband service. I think I have been conned by Sky/Giftcloud offering. Any suggestions greatly appreciated?

Same as everyone who has posted didn't expect a con like this as a returning customer 😒

I have filled out the form and Sky have rejected my complaint. I am now going to take this to CEDR. Lets see what happens then. Sky are just crooks.
