Broadband Boost

Broadband Boost was added to my a/c on 28th June without my knowledge.  Complained at end July and the charges were refunded on Aug bill.  Now I find Early Cancellations of £89.25 have been added to my Sept 24th bill.  Have phoned 3 times but no-one seems to have the authority to remove these charges.  What do I do now?  I am pensioner on Social Tariff.

You'll have to persevere on the phone or try here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

As the bill has now been generated it may be very difficult to avoid paying it.  (If it's not paid then your services may be disconnected)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
