Blocked account

I paid my outstanding balance on Saturday. It's still as a pending payment in my account. But my service is still blocked.

@Matt_truman  You will need to wait for the payment to clear, which if paid by card can take around 5 working days.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
