Black Friday offer phone line not working

I received an offer to upgrade to Ultra HD for £0 for 4months. When I clicked to order it said it could not be completed online. I was told to ring  a phone number but when I did it had been disconnected. Looks like they don't want to honour the offer.

Have you tried an alternative number ?

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Tried doing this but when I didn't reply to the bot it kept asking me to answer before it shut down.

I will try to get hold of them this week as it seems the department I wanted closes at the weekend.
