Bills
Hi i have been billed early ,my payment date is 25th may I pay on the 11th every month by card I pay early
I have today been restricted with an amount on my account that's not due till 25th ,but I will be paying this 11th as I do every month .
Is sky able to do this thanks tracy

You should not be making manual payments. Trying to circumvent the automatic collection can be problematic.
We can't see your account but Sky should only restrict for outstanding payments - I've never seen anyone reporting 'in advance' restrictions.

Did your April (unnecessary) manual payment just go as a credit on your Sky account therefore leaving the April bill unpaid?

After you sorted out your payment problem, but have got set up as contious payment method direct debit or continuous card payment? However if you want your payment date of the 11th get Sky to change your payment date to that and let Sky take payment automatically. Thus avoiding any problems like you have got now,
