Bills

My bills shows I have been charged twice for sky fibre. Can I request it back as I'm sure that's not right

Looks like the bill covers longer than a month?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Kellymountain81   If you look carefully, you will see -27 days. So the bill covers two months. It is playing catchup. Look at your future bills.
