I paid twice last month's on September so you shouldn't took this months again it took today so I want back my money 45

Not us as we're other customers here.  Making unnecessary manual payments can cause this as the automatic collection was in progress and the amount you've paid is for next month,

 

Feel free to contact Sky and ask for a refund - it takes 3-5 working days to process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
