Bills

I had two items I been paying that payment came out on the 2nd of April then on the 4th of April I had my new phone payment come out and you taking another payment from the old payment why have you taking the payment again two days later ???

You are not contacting Sky Customer Services here - just other customers.  (We can't see your bills)

 

Did you swap your phone?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
