Bills
Hiya sorry to mess you about but my circumstances keep changing since I've had my baby I'm now getting paided on the 2nd again of each month if u could take a payment on the 2nd of December please

Take a read of this which explains how to change your payment date: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-payment-method-or-date
Note depending when your bill is generated it may be too late for this month so may not apply until January and your next bill may be larger than usual as the billing period may be longer as changing the payment date changes your billing date.

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
If your bill is overdue you can't change the date until that one has been paid.
