Bills

When I log into my account it us showing g only sky mobile I have TV plus broadband also looks like I'm being charged more than I agreed too I was told I was getting sky TV with little box plus Netflix + my broadband for 39 a month looks like more than that now plus had 23 pounds taken out my account by sky then another amount of 34 for my sky subscription I want to talk to someone

When did you start your contract?

 

There was a general price increase in April or if you're a new customer the first couple of bills may be higher because they cover more than one month.

 

Check your itemised bills - and future bills...  If future bills are as expected then it's probably correct.
