Billing

Can someone explain to me on my account? Why I'm paying for two Netflix accounts when my original contract has Netflix attached to it? I've noticed I've been paying for quite some time for a separate Netflix account. Can someone help with this matter please?

If you haven't already then you need to activate Netflix via Sky as per this:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix


Doing so will tell Netflix that Sky will take over the billing.
