Billing
Hi, I went to pay my bill using a new card and it went straight to credit instead of paying the bill and now it's outstanding.
Can I get this sent back to the card or can somehow pay this month's bill with the credit?

You do not and really should not be doing this as Sky will take the payment automatically from the payment details you have setup on your account as the terms and conditions do state that this is how our bills will be paid.
As you have this credit you can either leave it so it is used to pay your next bill or if you would like it refunded then post back here as we can arrange some help for you via here if you would like.

It can be refunded so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
