Hi , I now have to reduce my bill because my husband passed away a few weeks ago Thank you

Just to let you know that we are Sky customers here who help each other so what you need to do is to contact Sky if you want to reduce your package.

 

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:
