Billing

Hello 

i switched over from ultrafast to fibre 2 days before my payment was due on the 3rd (today) but the payment has not come out my bank, when i just looked on the app it's saying Ive paid it but i see cancellation fees saying - £34, so i basically want to know if they are taking money or not, i will add screenshot, thanks

Your first image has cropped the bottom off so if it says it has been paid then it either has been or is in the process of being paid so all might be come clearer after the Easter weekend.

I did think it might be something to do with it being a bank holiday, but just confused about the -£34 cancellation fee

@Aaron1234 it's a credit, not a charge. You pay in advance, so I imagine it's a credit for your old broadband service which you're no longer using but have already paid for.
