Billing
I've changed my contract last month and you are still charging me for kids, movies and multitool!!! I stopped the direct debit until you sort it

Stopping the direct debit will only cause you more problems. If payment details are removed so your bill can't be paid Sky will just restrict your services until you pay what they believe you owe them, and eventually debt will be passed on to a deby collection agency, and also your credit score will be affected by being in debt to Sky.
You have to give 31 days notice to cancel things like Sky Kids and Sky Cinema, so if you cancelled it last month, then you will still be paying for them for another 31 days.

@Madagasca Depending on when you changed it the charges might be correct, you have to give 31 days notice when you cancel. As for stopping your direct debit that won't get anything sorted, it will see services restricted when payment fails.
You need to call Sky if you believe the charges are incorrect, the community cannot look in to it for you as we are mainly customers.
