I've been charged twice for my phone bill and I can't get through to someone who isn't a robot

Did you make a manual payment and then Sky took it as well so is this what happening ?

So I had spare money to do it early so I didn't have to worry now its taken another payment out aswell as my direct debit tomorrow so now I'm left short short wanting my money back for the two other payments
