Billing

I was offered 3 months free Sky sports plus a couple of other extras. I was told by the engineer that Sky would contact me after 3 months to see if I wished to continue. Nobody contacted me and I have now been billed £88 instead of my usual contract amount of £38.

Please cancel the free add ons and refund the difference.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

You need to contact Sky to give 31 days notice to cancel the trial. Sky won't reimburse you for the payment as you didnt cancel in time. You shoukd have cancelled at the end of month 2. Sky don't contact you.

Sadly the engineer is wrong as Sky doesn't contact anyone who takes up these offers as you have to contact Sky and give the required 31 days notice to cancel the package.
