Billing..

I recently cancelled my sky broadband after I payed my last billing cycle last month around the 12th but kept my sky tv account open and started a new contract for that... I was told on the phone that this month's bill would be just for the sky tv and every bill after but upon checking my bill has come out it has charged me for broadband and tv for this month even though they have cut my broadband off. And then put next month's bill at -£2.97.. please could someone enlighten me as to what has happened as I was not expecting this to happen as I was not told I would be charged more. Thank you 😊

Billing for the broadband would continue as normal right up to the day you left so what appears to have happened now is the overcharge is on your accout as a credit which is why you bill for Sky TV this month is a small credit of £2.97, in another words no payment will be taken from you and next months bill will be £2.97 less as that credit will be used with it.
