Billing

Hi,

My bill on my account says paid, it was due yesterday but nothing has come out my bank at all? But still showing as paid on Sky?

It will change to paid if it is in

tje process of being taken so if you check again tommorow you might find it has been taken from your account,

This usually means Sky have requested the payment, which could take several hours for the request to be processed and for the money to be paid to them.

 

if you check in about 24 hours it's likely you will see the money has left your account.
