@Ulassss What makes you certain you've been overcharged and that's its not down to discounts ending?

I have been been charged double i just it on my bank statment as u can see it on your system too

Nobody here can see it - we're customers. It sounds as though your discount offer may have ended, so you're paying the standard price.
