So I missed a payment with sky on the 1st of August I payed it on the 30th but today sky took double out of my account. What do I do?

Whst appears to have happened is the mid payment from the 1st was added to this months bill so you didn't need to pay it yourself.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I'm currently waiting on a refund from sky as it was showing up as credit carry on to the next bill, I contacted them and they told me that I would receive a refund, but how long would that be?

Those 3-5 days don't include Saturdays or Sundays so it should be with you sometime in the coming week.

Hi I went to pay my bill of 100 and it says 185 so I asked agent that is wrong he said no so I said can I pay 100 and 85 on end of oct he said no so I said fine I'm leaving if you can't help a vip customer I am leaving so I will just keep broadband and nothing else thankyou poor service by sky
